We choose the client, not the budget.
Small work for someone who understands their own business is worth more to us than large work for someone who does not. The second kind ends badly at every price.
SHEET 01 · COMPANY OVERVIEW
We build platforms, products, games, and things that don’t have a category yet. What stays constant is the standard, never the subject.
SHEET 02 · PARTS PLATE
Two platforms, one open-source tool and a games label. The list is deliberately unalike, and that is the point of it.
The operating system for how a company runs.
A commerce operating system for sellers.
An open-source dialer for Nothing OS.
Interactive products, under their own label.

SHEET 03 · GENERAL NOTES
An HR platform for a thousand-person plant and a casual game for a phone share nothing except these.
UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, EVERY NOTE APPLIES TO CLIENT WORK AND OWN PRODUCTS ALIKE.
SHEET 04 · DESIGN INTENT
These cost us work, which is how you can tell we mean them.
Small work for someone who understands their own business is worth more to us than large work for someone who does not. The second kind ends badly at every price.
We do not compete on being the lowest quote in the room, because the only way to win that is to build something we would not sign our name to.
We are bootstrapped and plan to stay that way, so the roadmap answers to the product and the people using it rather than to someone else’s timeline.
Being handed a system on the strength of a relationship raises the standard we hold ourselves to. It has never once lowered it.
SHEET 05 · INTERFACES
Most of our engineering goes into our own products. We take on a small number of outside engagements and run them with a committed team.
Long-horizon builds where the problem is real and the person bringing it understands their own domain. Platform work, systems that replace four tools with one, and products someone intends to run for years.
Template builds, week-turnaround marketing sites, and scope that amounts to “make it like theirs”. Not because the work is beneath anyone, but because we would be the wrong people for it, and you would feel that.
SHEET 06 · REVISION & ISSUE
The problem, the constraints, and what you want to own when it is finished.
One of the two people on this drawing reads it and replies. There is no sales team to get past.
