"QEVARON," the QEVARON logo, and all associated marks, trade names, and product names referenced on this Site are trademarks or registered trademarks of QEVARON Technologies LLP. 3.3 Proprietary Products and IP
QEVARON Technologies LLP develops, owns, and commercialises its own software products, platforms, games, AI/ML systems, and other technology across multiple domains. All intellectual property rights in those products — including patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and design rights — are exclusively owned by QEVARON Technologies LLP. No rights in those products are transferred or implied by your use of this Site.
3.4 Limited Licence to View
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view this Site for your personal, non-commercial informational use only. This licence does not include the right to download (other than standard page caching), modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, perform, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
9.2 Jurisdiction
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding in those courts.

Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
10. General Provisions
10.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and QEVARON Technologies LLP with respect to your use of this Site and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
10.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
10.3 Waiver
No failure or delay by QEVARON Technologies LLP to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver of any breach shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
10.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.
